In Hand (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a collector marketplace for buying, selling, and trading figures. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data — email, username, profile details you provide when you sign up.
• Marketplace activity — listings, messages, trades, purchases, shipping and dispute records needed to operate the service.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage — basic logs (app version, crash reports) to keep the service reliable.

How we use information

• Provide marketplace features (browse, list, buy, trade, escrow, shipping, ratings).
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Send service notifications (messages, shipping updates, trade alerts) you can control in-app.
• Improve security and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run In Hand (e.g. hosting, database, payments, email) under contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting support. Depending on your region you may have additional rights (access, portability, objection).

Children

In Hand is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
